WHAT TO DO NEXT
How it works
Step 1.
Once your order of your ashes jewllery or keepsake is complete, If you have clicked need ring sizer sent against your order you will recieve one of these in the post. Once it arrives if you can then message me to let me know which size you wish to go for. Please do not choose any size because you do not know what size you are. It creates great confusion if there is a size against your order that is wrong. You are then responsible for sending your items back to me. I highly recommend using a tracked service via royal mail for returing your iems. Simply pop your DNA enclusions into a safe/padded envelope and send them to the following address:

If you are local, you may hand deliver these through my letter box. Please do not chap. i have a sign saying the word 'pixie' on my door number to ensure you are at the correct place.
Step 2.
I will complete your piece within the 6 week time period, if time constraints allow then possibly earlier. some items havee a longer delivery time which means the wait will be roughly 6 weeks. please enquire if you wish to know which items are longer. the listings that have longer wait times have this in the description so please read.
Pieces will be sent out 1st class recorded. All unused items will be returned with the final piece. If you need your item for a specific date then please do let me know.
