Why, How & when.
I founded my Jewellery company in lockdown 2020 as something to keep me occupied, with lots of unexpected but welcome spare time on my hands. I named my business Pixie Dust Ashes after my primary business Pixie Nails that I have had for almost 8 years. I chose to name my nail business Pixie Nails after my friends baby girl Ella who sadly passed away in 2015. Ella means beautiful fairy and a Pixie is a fairy as you may know. My own daughter was born in 2019 and is now named Pixie too. The name Pixie to me holds a lot of sentimental value as you can imagine.

OUR RETURN POLICY
Everything You Need to Know
Due to the nature of the items I create, once they are customised they cannot be returned. However in the unlikely event that I produce your order incorrectly then I will replace this order fast tracked (top of my priority list with no major wait) Not by refund. IIncorrectly meaning you have clearly stated what colour/size etc you want and I procude this wrong. If you however click on a colour for example 'Blue' and give me no other indication of what shade, I will go ahead and make this standard blue from the colours I use. This also means you must specify this to me when ordering in the add note section or I cannot guarantee the change will be made.
If your item is damaged or becomes faulty I will require this to be returned back to me for inspection as this will need to be sent away to the company I purchased said item from. A decision will then be made by them as to wether the fault in question was due to force/trauma or if this is a manufacturing fault. If this turns out to be a manufacturing fault a full replacement will be issued. If it is not a manufacturing fault and is due to force or trauma your item will not be replaced.
I can however offer a discount on a replacement item if this accidental damage is within the first 28 days.
SHIPPING
How It Works
Orders will be shipped within 4-6 weeks from order date. Sooner if possible. Please make me aware if you need this for a specific date and I will do my best to make this happen. Items will then be sent 1st class tracked.
REQUIREMENTS
Ashes- 1 Tea spoon worth. This can do multiple pieces.
Hair- A few strands or curl whatever your desired look is.
Breast milk 2-5 ml's
all other items like fabric can be sent in small square cut outs or pregnancy tests just the white strip inserts Or full test if you would prefer I dismantled. If unsure this can be discussed via the get in touch form.
